From this field trip I had learned about how did the hotel manage every rooms. In this trip, my buddy Khaleed had taught me how to clean up every rooms and how to place all the amenities. The housekeeper showed me how he clean up the toilet and bed, after he showed me we started to clean the rooms.I also learned about types of chemical cleaning products and different colour cleaning cloth that is colour coding microfiber. The reason why using different colour of cloth is because about hygiene, health and safety. There are 5 different colour of cloth which is green, yellow, red, blue, and white. Next, every housekeepers are using housekeeping trolley all along when they are cleaning up the rooms. Housekeepers will put the stuff and amenities on the housekeeping trolley.For example,bed sheets in the bottom shelf , towels in the middle shelf and bathroom amenities on the top shelf. Besides that, all the  cleaning products such as bowl brush, all purpose cleaner, gloves are put in the hand caddy. Lastly, I had learned that housekeeping really is a tough job.
